Licensor grants Licensee a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Kits for personal or commercial purposes in accordance with this EULA.
Account and Notification Requirements
Licensee must notify Meshbody of any account changes, including but not limited to name changes, use of alternate accounts, creation of new brands, or addition of staff members working with the Kits. Notifications must be sent to MeshbodyHelp Resident within 7 days of the change.
Licensee shall not upload, distribute, or share the Kits in their original shape, form, topology, or weights, or misuse the weights or the entirety of the weights, under any circumstances. Derivative works, such as modified body parts (e.g., mechanical arms, partial mannequins, or enhancements), are permitted only if the topology is significantly altered (retopologized) and does not reflect the original Kit topology. Licensee must notify Meshbody prior to creating or distributing any derivative works based on the Kits. Special kits for derivative purposes are not provided at this time.
Compliance with Linden Lab’s Terms of Service
All use of the Kits must comply with Linden Lab’s Terms of Service and Second Life's Terms of Service, which are incorporated herein by reference. Licensee is responsible for reviewing and adhering to these terms.
Ownership and Intellectual Property
The Kits and all related intellectual property rights remain the property of Meshbody. Licensee retains ownership of any original content created using the Kits, provided such content complies with this EULA.
Meshbody may terminate this license at any time if Licensee breaches any term of this EULA. Upon termination, Licensee must cease all use of the Kits and destroy any copies in their possession.
The Kits are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement.
Meshbody shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the Kits.
This EULA is governed by the laws of the United States, specifically the laws of California. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of California.
Meshbody reserves the right to modify this EULA at any time. Continued use of the Kits after such changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
By using the Kits, Licensee acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this EULA.
